Project:
The challenge proposed by this project was to create
a zine about Classical Typefaces. This zine contains
information including but not limited to; Classification,
foundry, designer and year introduced.
Concept:
This magazine takes an old style, combining a font
book with a history of the typeface. A goal of mine for
this project was to create interesting type specimins
aswell as show off the typeface in the real world. Fonts
inlucded in this zine are ; Helvetica, Adobe Garamond
and Clarendon.
Process:
Collecting information through out the creation of this
zine. Citations are included within the last page. This project helps to illustrate my personal
style and what I like messing around with while working. I include this project as it is an early example of
my work and I feel like it has held up better than other
examples of my earlier work.
